Our headquarters and manufacturing plants are located near the city of Ipoh in Perak, Malaysia.  All our facilities are located at one integrated 350,000 sq ft site, made up of 4 complexes that house different functions as follows.

The first building complex houses our metal casting facilities, through which we produce and are able to better control the quality of the parts used in your pumping solutions. We perform sand and investment casting and are able to produce a variety of metals according to client requirements, employing equipment such as 3D printers, spectrometer, etc and procedures that are ISO 9001:2015 certified to ensure our parts meet the high standards expected of Kewpump’s clients.

The second manufacturing complex houses our machining facilities and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery such as CNC Machine Centres, Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, and others. Our careful selection of equipment suppliers, including CNC’s and machinery  from Germany, Japan, etc ensures the pumping solutions you use enjoy high precision and consistency in production. This translates into a high level of reliability and performance from your pumping solutions over the years of its operation span.  This complex is also where our state-of-the-art pump test bed facility, developed together with our country’s foremost technological university (UTM) , is located.

The third manufacturing complex is used for final assembling of products, fabrication of baseplates, coupling and laser alignment of pumps to motors, store and logistics centre, QC department and other fabrication and testing work.

The fourth complex is where our corporate headquarters, operations, R&D and training functions are based.  These consist of our management, finance & administration, engineering, R&D and operations departments personnel.  There are also engineering equipment such as 3D printers, 3D scanners, design software, robotic arms, and so on that aid our R&D and also customised pump-making abilities.
